Living Simply Series - An Introduction

As a recovering stresser-outer, living simply is something I strive to do in order to help reduce my stress levels and focus on the good stuff in life. I think I’ll always over-stress - it’s always been a part of me, but I want to minimize it as much as possible!
This is a new series I want to introduce to go through different aspects of living simply and how I’m trying to incorporate it into my everyday life. It would be really hard (and stressful - haha) to overhaul my life all at once so I’m thinking of doing it section-by-section and updating you through this series of posts.
Although living simply probably goes hand-in-hand with minimalism - I don’t think its entirely the same thing. Both probably have unifying aspects: like decluttering but they are different.
I’m going to try very hard to give myself grace during this process because change is hard and I don’t want to beat myself up overs mishap or potential “mistake”. If anything - it’s a valiant effort.
